Government Authority located in Colorado; USA looking for expert vendor for Call Centre Training Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Centre Training Services for Veterans for Government Authority.
(2) Vendor should train participants to provide consumer counselling services.
(3) Vendor needs to provide five weeks of technical and customer service training to prepare the individuals for the phone based customer service representative position.
 [C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
