USA (California) Afterhours Call Answering Service

We are California; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Afterhours Call Answering Service.

[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposal)

[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[C] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to answer after business hours, weekends and public holiday telephone calls. Weekdays calls will be between 5 pm to 7.30 am.
(2) Average of 5-8 calls a day, weekend can be up to 10.
(3) We will forward calls to Vendors Telephone Number after business hours

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
[E] Eligibility:

Onshore (USA Only)

[F] Deadline to Submit Proposals: August 17, 2010
